Florals for the private moments.
Composed for milestone celebrations, estate dinners, and the gatherings that pass without a press release.
What the studio composes.
Private engagements begin in a small room. A birthday in a vineyard. An anniversary in a private dining room. A welcome dinner the night before the wedding. The work is not what fills the room — it is what the room remembers after the candles are extinguished.
We compose with what is exceptional in the week. Garden roses, anemones, smoke bush, ranunculus, chocolate cosmos. The vessel and the table are chosen with the same care as the arrangement itself. Where the room calls for restraint, we work in a single tone. Where it asks for warmth, we let the composition breathe.
The studio handles design, sourcing, fabrication, installation, and end-of-night breakdown. The team arrives early, stays through the meal, and leaves the space as we found it — with a small bouquet for the host to take home.
The work, by occasion.
Private compositions for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, welcome dinners, estate dinners, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and celebrations of life. The work is built for the host and the room — never for the photograph.
How an engagement begins.
The brief.
Begin with a phone call. We follow with a studio meeting or a venue walkthrough — whichever serves the work better. No proposal is written before we have spoken.
The proposal.
A written composition — palette, vessels, installation plan, on-site scope, and itemized pricing. Revisions are part of the engagement. Nothing is locked until you say yes.
The composition.
The studio composes by hand, installs on-site, and stays through the engagement. At the end of the night we break down quietly and leave the space as we found it.
Private and intimate-dinner florals begin at $1,000. Every engagement opens with a brief and a written proposal.

What does pricing start at for private event florals?
Private and residential florals begin at $1,000 for an intimate dinner or single-room engagement. Most full private events compose between $2,000 and $8,000 depending on scale. Every engagement opens with a brief and a written proposal — never a price list.
How far in advance should we book?
We accept a small number of private engagements each month and recommend three to eight weeks of lead time. Compressed timelines are considered on a case-by-case basis — write us as soon as the date is held.
What is included — design, sourcing, install, breakdown?
Full-service. We design the composition, source the blooms and vessels, fabricate the work in studio, install on-site, and return at end of night for breakdown. A small bouquet from the work is arranged for the host to keep.
Do you travel outside Northern California?
Within Northern California — Napa, Sonoma, Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, Lake Tahoe, Carmel, and the Bay Area — travel is part of the engagement. Further destinations are considered for select bookings; write us with the date and venue and we will respond honestly.
Can you work with our planner or designer?
Yes. We collaborate with event planners, creative directors, and design firms regularly, and we are comfortable composing from a brief, a moodboard, or a venue walkthrough. The proposal we write absorbs the directives of the broader team.
What happens at the consultation?
A phone call first, then an in-studio meeting in El Dorado Hills or a venue walkthrough — whichever serves the work better. We discuss the room, the table, the moment, and the budget. A written proposal follows within five business days.
