The work

Every wedding begins with a conversation, and a proposal that is written for the day — never from a list. We compose for a small number of couples each season, hand-build every piece in studio, and stay through the reception to leave the room as we found it.

How the work is composed.

Step 01

A studio meeting.

Begin with a phone call. We then meet in studio or at your venue to walk through the day — the room, the table, the moment of the bouquet. No proposal is written before we have spoken.

Step 02

The proposal.

A written composition — palette, vessels, installation plan, on-site scope, and itemized pricing. Revisions are part of the engagement. Nothing is locked until you say yes.

Step 03

The wedding day.

The studio arrives, installs, and stays through reception. At the end of the night we break down, leave the room as we found it, and arrange a small bouquet for your home.

Frequently considered.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Full-service wedding floral design begins at $10,000. Our signature tier is $15,000, and editorial weddings begin at $25,000. Every wedding receives a custom proposal — never a price list.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes. We accept a limited number of destination weddings each season across Napa, Sonoma, Lake Tahoe, Carmel, and the San Francisco Bay Area, with select bookings further afield.

When should I book?

We book six to twelve months in advance for most weddings, and longer for destination work. Inquire as early in your planning as possible — we accept a small number of couples each season.

Do you provide rentals and installation?

Full-service means we handle design, fabrication, on-site installation, and end-of-night breakdown. Rentals — vessels, candles, structural pieces — are coordinated through our preferred partners.

What is included in the custom proposal?

After our studio meeting, you receive a written proposal with composition direction, palette, vessel selections, installation plan, on-site team scope, and itemized pricing. Revisions are part of the engagement.

Do you accept same-week or short-notice weddings?

Rarely. The work requires sourcing, mock-ups, and a curated team. If you are working on a compressed timeline, write us — we will be honest about whether we can compose the work you deserve.
