What the studio composes.
A brand activation is a room with intent. The florals are the language the room speaks before anyone reads the lookbook. The studio works alongside in-house creative teams, agencies, and event producers — composing within the brand's palette, scale, and material register.
Where the brief calls for monochrome, we work in a single bloom and a single tone. Where it calls for material density, we build at structural scale. We source the rare cultivars when the work requires them, and we fabricate custom vessels with our partners when a stock vessel will not do.
Engagements range from a single executive dinner to a multi-day product launch with on-site installation team, refresh schedule, and tear-down. Press previews and editorial moments are documented with the studio's preferred photographers on request.

How an engagement begins.

Begin with a phone call. We follow with a studio meeting or a venue walkthrough — whichever serves the work better. No proposal is written before we have spoken.

A written composition — palette, vessels, installation plan, on-site scope, and itemized pricing. Revisions are part of the engagement. Nothing is locked until you say yes.

The studio composes by hand, installs on-site, and stays through the engagement. At the end of the night we break down quietly and leave the space as we found it.

How far in advance should we book?
Activations and launches book six to twelve weeks in advance to allow for sourcing and fabrication. Press previews and executive dinners can move on tighter timelines when needed.
Do you work to a brand brief or with an in-house creative team?
Yes — we routinely compose within a brand's existing palette, material register, and creative direction. We're comfortable inheriting a moodboard from your team or your agency and translating it into the floral language.
What is included — design, sourcing, install, breakdown, refresh?
Full-service. Design, sourcing of rare cultivars when required, custom vessel fabrication, on-site installation, multi-day refresh schedule (for activations that run more than one day), and end-of-engagement breakdown.
Do you travel outside Northern California?
Yes. Brand activations frequently travel — we have produced engagements across California, the Pacific Northwest, and select bookings further afield. Travel and per-diem are part of the proposal.
Can the work be documented for press or campaign use?
Yes. The studio collaborates with several preferred photographers and is happy to coordinate or accept documentation under your team's chosen photographer. Usage and credit are negotiated at proposal.
