Florals on a standing program.

Weekly and monthly installations for hotels, restaurants, and members-only spaces.

No. 04.ii.04.i · The work

What the studio composes.

A hospitality program is a relationship. The studio composes for the lobby, the restaurant front-of-house, the spa entry, the members lounge, the executive office. The work refreshes weekly or monthly on a calendar that aligns with your team's operating rhythm.

Compositions are tuned to the property — the architecture, the lighting, the color of the stone, the guest who walks in at four in the afternoon. We rotate the bloom palette through the season so the space never reads the same twice. The team installs at hours that do not interrupt your guests.

Programs are built on a written annual schedule with a per-installation budget and a holiday + special-occasion supplement. Most properties begin with a six-month engagement and renew annually.

How an engagement begins.

Step 01

The brief.

Begin with a phone call. We follow with a studio meeting or a venue walkthrough — whichever serves the work better. No proposal is written before we have spoken.

Step 02

The proposal.

A written composition — palette, vessels, installation plan, on-site scope, and itemized pricing. Revisions are part of the engagement. Nothing is locked until you say yes.

Step 03

The composition.

The studio composes by hand, installs on-site, and stays through the engagement. At the end of the night we break down quietly and leave the space as we found it.

Hospitality programs begin at $1,000 per installation for restaurants and intimate spaces. Lobby and members-club programs are quoted against the property — most range $2,500 to $7,500 per installation.

Frequently considered.

What does pricing start at for a standing hospitality program?

Programs begin at $1,000 per installation for restaurants and intimate spaces. Hotel lobby and members-club programs typically range $2,500 to $7,500 per installation, scaled to the property. Annual contracts are written with a per-installation budget.

How often do you refresh?

Most programs run weekly or every two weeks for restaurant and lobby work; monthly for executive office and spa programs. We tune the cadence to your operating rhythm.

Do you accept short programs or just annual contracts?

Most properties begin with a six-month engagement to allow the program to find its rhythm, then renew annually. We will write a single-installation engagement for a property considering a longer program.

Can you handle holiday and special-occasion supplements?

Yes. The annual program includes a holiday supplement and a per-event reserve for property celebrations — restaurant anniversaries, founder dinners, member events. These are quoted at proposal and refined annually.

Do you travel to properties outside the Sacramento region?

Northern California properties are within our standard service area — Napa, Sonoma, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe, Carmel. Properties further afield are considered for the right partnership; write us with the property.

What happens at the consultation?

A walkthrough of the property with the operating team — general manager, F&B lead, design or PR lead as appropriate. We discuss the spaces to be refreshed, the cadence, the palette tuning, and the budget. A written annual proposal follows within seven business days.
